Rules for buyers:
Always choose a domain name that doesn't infringe on another's trademark. It is the buyers' responsibility to conduct in advance a trademark research to ensure that the domain name being ordered is not a trademark in use. Trademarks legally conflict with each other if the use of one trademark causes confusion as to the product or service being offered. To be protected, a trademark needs to be distinctive.
Due to the nature of the product, any domain name purchases made are non-refundable.
